Initiate Your Request
Log into your Maple Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
